Tip #6: Get Some Sleep!

When life gets hectic, sleep is often the first thing we bump off our list. After all, we can’t skip work or leave the kids at daycare, and we’ve all got to eat. So we laugh at the idea of 8 hours a night and get by on seven, or six. Maybe five.

After a while, though, it starts to wear on you. Whether it’s getting to bed a bit earlier, starting your day a bit later, or squeezing in a nap when you can, find ways to let your body rest. Even if you can’t do it every day, a little extra will go a long way.
